HOW WE WORK
1. Design & Consultation
Share a CAD file, DXF, GD&T drawing, spec sheet, or sketch. We assess materials and provide a detailed quote and timeline.
2. Fabrication & Welding
Production runs at our Autonagar facility on CNC laser cutting, press braking, punching, pipe bending, and precision welding equipment.
3. Inspection, Delivery & Installation
Every piece is checked against the original drawing before dispatch, with on-site installation support where required.
OUR STORY
Kurveline began as the manufacturing arm of Kaizen Enterprises, a Visakhapatnam industrial supply group, to close the gap between generic OEM products and the precise specs that hospitals, pharma plants, and industrial units actually need. Today we fabricate from a dedicated facility in Autonagar, Visakhapatnam, with a second facility underway at AMTZ.
INDUSTRIES WE SERVE
Our clients choose us because
We are the best
The modular Health Kiosk chassis was fabricated to our exact specifications. The modular design reduced our transport costs significantly and gave us flexibility for future upgrades something off-the-shelf products could never offer.
AMTZ Project
Kurveline’s cleanroom furniture met our GMP requirements without any rework. The team understood pharma-grade standards without us having to over-specify.

Frequently Asked Questions
What materials do you fabricate in?
We work in Mild Steel (MS), Stainless Steel 304 and 316, engineered wood, and laminates. Material is selected based on your application: SS 316 for high-corrosion pharma environments, SS 304 for cleanrooms and hospitals, MS for industrial furniture and structures, and engineered wood/laminate for institutional and office fit-outs.
What is the tightest tolerance you can hold post-welding?
We regularly achieve ±0.5mm post-weld on complex multi-component assemblies. This was demonstrated on the EM200 Medical Device Chassis, where 31 sub-components were welded into a single precision structure supporting 2,000+ parts and subassemblies. We achieved this through in-house welding fixtures and receiver gauges designed specifically for each job.
Can you fabricate to pharma or cleanroom GMP standards?
Yes. We fabricate cleanroom furniture and pharma-grade SS storage for clients including Pfizer, Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories, and Laurus Labs. Our fabrication process uses corrosion-resistant materials, smooth welds, and crevice-free surface finishes appropriate for GMP environments.
Can you handle prototype as well as production orders?
Yes, from a single prototype to 300-unit production runs. Our Health Kiosk project for India Health Link (AMTZ) began as a single prototype, was launched at WeWork Bangalore, and resulted in a 300-unit Purchase Order, all managed by our team in Gajuwaka.
Do you design and build your own welding fixtures?
Yes. For tolerance-critical assemblies, we design and fabricate welding fixtures and receiver gauges in-house before production begins. This is how we consistently achieve ±0.5mm post-weld tolerance on the EM200 Chassis across an entire production batch, not just the first unit. We view this as a standard part of complex project planning, not an add-on.
Can you handle both sheet metal and furniture in one order?
Yes. Sheet metal fabrication (CNC laser, press brake, welding) and woodworking (panel saw, edge banding), both operate under one roof in Gajuwaka. Mixed-material orders run on a single timeline with one point of contact.
Where is your facility, and do you supply outside Visakhapatnam?
Our primary facility is in APIIC IDA, Gajuwaka, Visakhapatnam. We supply clients across Andhra Pradesh and nationally, including projects in Bangalore (WeWork Health Kiosk launch) and clients in Hyderabad and beyond. We are also developing a second facility at AMTZ with dedicated assembly lines and in-house powder coating.
How do I get started with a quote?
Use the ‘Get a Quote’ form and share your drawing, spec, or requirement. We’ll review and respond with feasibility and a quotation within 2 business days. A rough sketch or plain description is enough to start. We’ll ask only what we need.
